For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with this Legal Notice, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Granada, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction that, in accordance with applicable law, may correspond to the consumer based on his or her place of residence, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence if such residence is outside of Spain.

For consumers residing in the European Union, Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 will apply, where applicable, and may confer jurisdiction on the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
