The website is therefore both informational and transactional in nature. The terms, conditions, and procedures applicable to the electronic contracting <\/span>of tourism services are governed by the General Terms and Conditions, <\/span>which form an integral part of this Legal Notice for all purposes.<\/span><\/p>

CULTURAL TICKETS & TOURS may modify the content of this Legal Notice at any time. The applicable version will be the one in effect at the time of access, and the date of the last update will always be indicated at the top of the document. <\/p>

    The user shall be liable for any damages that CULTURAL TICKETS & TOURS may suffer as a result of a breach of the foregoing obligations or any other obligations set forth in this document or in applicable regulations.<\/p>

    Users may contact CULTURAL TICKETS & TOURS through its customer service department, which is available via email 24 hours a day, although there is no guaranteed response time, provided they adhere to the following code of conduct:<\/p>

    1. No user may impersonate another person or organization. Impersonation may constitute a violation or a crime under the Spanish Penal Code and Civil Code. <\/li>
    2. Disrespectful or offensive language may not be used. Messages containing threats, serious insults, or comments that may be humiliating are not permitted. CULTURAL TICKETS & TOURS reserves the right to remove such content and to take appropriate legal action. <\/li>
    3. It is prohibited to use the customer service channel to present, mention, or recommend third-party companies or websites, as well as to engage in marketing activities or send unsolicited communications (\u201cspam\u201d). CULTURAL TICKETS & TOURS may remove such content and suspend the accounts responsible, without prejudice to reporting the matter to the competent authorities, including, where applicable, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, when such conduct may constitute a violation of regulations governing unsolicited commercial communications. <\/li><\/ol>

      Personal data provided through this channel will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>

      FIFTH.- ELECTRONIC CONTRACT WITH THE CUSTOMER<\/h3>

      What Includes all matters relating to electronic transactions between the customer and CULTURAL TICKETS & TOURS, including the purchase process, prices, payment methods, the right of withdrawal and its exceptions applicable to tourism services, cancellations, and other contractual terms, is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of this website, a document that the user must read and accept prior to entering into the contract.<\/p>

      SIXTH – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/h3>

      These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.<\/p>

      For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with this Legal Notice, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Granada, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction that, in accordance with applicable law, may correspond to the consumer based on his or her place of residence, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the consumer\u2019s country of residence if such residence is outside of Spain.<\/p>

      For consumers residing in the European Union, Regulation (EU) No. 1215\/2012 will apply, where applicable, and may confer jurisdiction on the courts of the consumer\u2019s domicile.<\/p>
